You may return a purchase for a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
When determining the number of days during which you are eligible to return a product, the number of days starts after receiving your item. Your request to return must be received by this date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 24 hours at tcgstore@dragoncardsandgames.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damage is the liability of the shipping carrier - we will file claims and assist you in filing claims with the carrier, but we bear no responsibility for how the carrier handles the delivery. If you wish to obtain security in the form of carrier insurance, please inform us prior to delivery.
TCG Card Singles Condition or Variation
As a rule, TCG card singles (any collectible cards that are purchased "unpackaged") are non-returnable/non-refundable and sold on an "as-is" basis - you must accept the card(s) as they are delivered. If you wish to verify the stated condition or variation of a card prior to delivery, please contact us at tcgstore@dragoncardsandgames.com before placing your order and we will provide high resolution photos. This is available for any card valued at CAD$10 or more. Shipping damage is the liability of the shipping carrier - we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier, but we bear no responsibility for how the carrier handles the delivery. If you wish to obtain security in the form of carrier insurance, please inform us prior to delivery. If you have a dispute about your TCG card singles purchase due to shipping damage or because you believe the card was incorrectly identified by condition or variation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase at tcgstore@dragoncardsandgames.com. We resolve disputes about TCG card singles on a case-by-case basis.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Issuing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return without a refund, please contact us at tcgstore@dragoncardsandgames.com.
